What data we collect
- Whatever you send us by email, if you write to us.
- Once registration opens: name, email, role, interests, attendance days, and your answers about the function, autonomy, stage, limitations, evidence, and local testing of your AI work.
- If you choose the long questionnaire, we also collect whatever you choose to answer about your background, projects, speakers, failures, human intervention, the workshop, and connections.
The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. When you sign in, Supabase stores the technical data needed to keep the session open in your browser. Your registration draft is stored in Supabase and linked to your account.
What we use it for: purposes
- Organizing the event and communicating with you about it.
- Preparing the program and workshops from aggregated patterns in the responses.
- Suggesting people to talk to during the event, only if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Sponsors only receive aggregated data: how many people, what profiles, and what topics are of interest. They never receive your name or email.
If you enable connections and authorize profile sharing, the organizers may show that profile to an approved connection. A member of the organizing team reviews every proposed connection. We do not share your email automatically. If you choose the organizers-only scope, your individual answers stay within the organizing team.
How long we keep it
Up to six months after the event, then it is deleted. If you want it deleted sooner, write to us.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it if it is wrong, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Write tocontacto@espacioslatentes.organd we will respond.
