If you do not build or operate systems yet, you will not have to answer technical questions about one.How do you currently use AI? I am exploring; I do not use AI yet I use AI tools, but do not build or operate systems I build or test AI prototypes I operate or maintain AI systems in real useWhat would you like to be able to do after the event that you cannot do today?Choose your main goal. This helps us prepare content and exercises. Build a first prototype or agent Evaluate results and identify failures Prepare useful data and context for AI Integrate or operate a system reliably Decide where applying AI is worthwhile Another goalDescribe your other goalWhat is AI primarily responsible for in your system? Search and synthesize information Generate content or code Classify or extract information Predict an outcome Recommend a decision Use tools or services Run an end-to-end processHow much autonomy does it currently have? It responds; a person decides what to do It proposes a decision It prepares actions for approval It acts after human approval It acts and a person reviews afterward It acts without routine human reviewWhat most limits its real-world performance? Model capability Available context or data Insufficient evaluation Integration with real work Cost or latency Human adoption Privacy or regulationWhat stage is your AI work at today? Exploring Prototype Internal use Production Scaled Paused or abandonedWhat are the two hardest constraints to reaching production or scaling it?Choose one or two. Data or access Evaluation Cost or compute Integration or infrastructure Time or talent Privacy or regulation Organizational adoption Trust Spanish or local contextWhat is the strongest evidence you have today? I do not have evidence yet A working demo Internal tests with selected cases A repeatable evaluation set A blind comparison against an alternative Tests with controlled users Use in a real workflow Ongoing production metrics Measured operational or economic impactHas your system been tested with users, language, or data from Mexico or Latin America? No It is planned Partially Yes Not applicableYou have completed the short section. Finish here, or continue with more open-ended questions about your interests.Context and connectionsThe long questionnaire adds more open-ended questions. This section remains optional for attendance. For conversations at the eventWhat claim about AI would you like to test during the event? OptionalWhat did you try to build that did not work as expected? Where did it fail? OptionalWhat is the most surprising thing you have done thanks to agentic programming? OptionalSomething that would have been beyond your reach on your own. If you have not used it yet, you can leave this blank. What new capability do you wish AI models had right now? OptionalMore about you and what you want · OptionalShort bio OptionalAs you would tell someone you just met: what you do and what brought you here. What would need to happen for the event to be worthwhile for you? OptionalWhat you would like to learn, make with your hands, and take away from the event.A project, problem, or question you are working on, if applicableKeep it short: what you want to achieve and what role AI plays.A person or profile you would like to meet OptionalNot a name. For example: someone who has put an agent in production and can explain what broke. Is there a question you would like to ask a specific speaker? Recipient OptionalQuestion OptionalWhich human intervention would you keep the longest, even if the model improved greatly? Optional Define the objective Provide context Approve decisions Review results Handle exceptions Take final responsibility NoneSaturday workshopOnly if you will attend on Saturday. What hands-on experience do you have with AI tools? Optional The only help I use to write code is autocomplete I have tried AI tools and use them occasionally to save time I can supervise, read, and fix generated code in software projects I develop and maintain AI systems used by other peopleWhat do you want to build or unblock? OptionalWhat would you like to learn more about? OptionalWorkshop topics Optional Agents Data preparation Evaluation Infrastructure Time series and forecasting Product Art and AI OtherDescribe the other optionOptional connectionsDuring the event we suggest two or three people you have something in common with, based on your bio and what you answer here. I want the organizers to consider my profile for connectionsConsent starts off. Your email is never shared automatically. What kind of connection are you looking for? Collaborate on a project Learn from someone Find someone to hire Explore work opportunities Discuss investment OtherDescribe the other optionWhat can you offer other people at the event? You might review code, give product feedback, share experience, or introduce someone. What experience or project would be useful to encounter? What may be shared with an approved connection? Only the organizers use this profile to prepare conversations The organizers may share my profile with an approved connectionYour interests in depthNow you will see open questions about the topics you chose. You do not have to answer them all: tell us about the ones that move you most.Agents and automationWhat is the most complex task you have delegated to an agent without human supervision? OptionalData and contextTell us about the context problem (stale data, noise, lack of structure) that has been hardest for you to solve. OptionalHow much of your working context lives in your head and in no document? Is that a problem to solve, or something that should not be automated? OptionalEvaluation and reliabilityAre public benchmarks still a valid basis for your decisions, or is your own evaluation the only trustworthy signal now? OptionalInfrastructureWhich component of your AI stack would you choose differently if you started from scratch today? OptionalIs it worth running your own inference infrastructure today, or is it a cost trap that almost no one should take on any more? OptionalLanguage models and machine learningWhen did you recently notice a real difference after switching models, and how did it show? OptionalTime series and forecastingWhich signal did you end up feeding the model by hand (a calendar, a holiday, a policy change, a promotion) because there was no way for it to learn that on its own? OptionalWhere do you draw the line today between what you trust a foundation model with and what you still solve with methods you fully understand? OptionalProduct and user experienceWhich AI product has pleasantly surprised you, or disappointed you, because of its user experience? OptionalHas chat become the default crutch of AI products, or is it still the right interface? OptionalArt and AIDo you use AI in your own creative process? Tell us how (or why you do not). OptionalTell us about an artwork or art project involving AI that stayed with you (for better or worse), and what you would ask the artists who made it. OptionalAre you interested in these other topics too?Your attendance is already registered.
